Snow Capped
The mountains in Alaska are magnificent. I could sit and watch the light change on them all day.
This one appeared to be a great place to ski, with the exception of running out of snow half-way down.
The effects of global warming are evident all over Alaska and the snow-pack and glaciers have receded significantly since I was here ten years ago.
Soon they will be gone unless something is done.
I expect this will be the last view I ever have of this place in all its majesty and I will miss it.
