Sheridan Mountain
Wyoming is known for wide skies and the mountain views west of Sheridan are some of the finest in the lower forty-eight states.
I was treated to this view as the sun moved lower in the sky.
On the way down I made the mistake of leaving my car in drive and depending on the brakes.
It didn’t go well and I was stranded on the road for two hours while I waited for the brake pads to stop smoking.
This view is one of my all time favorites of my trip to Wyoming, a place I will return to one day.
