Serenity

With my coffee cup in hand I walked the trail until I found a bench and waited for the sun to slip behind a cloud.
This peaceful scene of Lake Michigan from a cliff in October when the trees were shedding their leaves and the smell of fall was in the air.
So serene, so quiet.
