Deep narrow and fully lit by the sun only a few hours a day, this canyon offered a challenge to photograph.
While there was a sturdy fence to keep tourists from falling,
I of course challenged its intent and straddled the fence with my tripod to get the shot.
The water in the river below was in a hurry get to the sea as I leaned over the fence as far as I dared.
I was glad I got the shot, and relieved I didn’t fall to get it.
