Ducks in a row

A beautiful fall day and gathering of ducks and geese on a pond. They were on their way south when the weather warmed just enough to encourage them to take a break. They splashed in the water and lined up as if on parade so I could take this picture. They stayed the night and were gone when the sun came up.
